Even if the UEFA Euro 2012 add-on for FIFA 12 isn’t here for long time and EA Sports already provides the first details and images of future FIFA 13. In an event held in London, David Rutter, producer of the game, presented the five major improvements that FIFA 13 will bring its predecessor.

First Touch Control will affect how footballers can take passes coming from teammates. Factors such as power and speed of the fairway, the height at which the ball it sent or the player’s technical skills will determine whether or not takeovers will be successfully executed.

Impact Player Engine will be further improved for FIFA 13. All the unrealistic animations taking place in collisions between players were eliminated, as added several new areas of the body to be affected by the game’s physics engine (such as hips or chest).

If in FIFA 12, could dribble only by changing the direction of movement of control footballer, thanks to the new Complete Dribble, this will not be possible in FIFA 13.

Under the new Tactical Free-Kicks system, this changed how free kicks will perform. Up to three players can gather around the balloon, disorientating or confusing the defense and goalkeeper. It will be possible to simulate a shot and at the last moment, change the direction to a teammate that frees himself fron the wall. The organization of the defense will not be overlooked: you can choose a wall made up of many players or, conversely, one player can be sent to block the opponent’s free kick.

Attacking AI will change the behavior of computer controlled players attack. They will be able to calculate the most efficient travel routes, passes can predict the depth of your teammates and try, whenever possible, to avoid waking the offside of opposing defenders.

Rutter also mentioned a few additions they would like to perform in FIFA 13: new types of passes, new animations for goalkeepers, referees and change behavior improved public animations to play the best atmosphere at a football match contemporary. Finally, thanks Dimensional Imaging, graphics of FIFA 13 will be superior to previous games in the series.

Football fans and gamers have found a new craze when a gamer captured a video of Liverpool striker Andy Carroll kissing Arsenal goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski in what seems to be a FIFA 12 glitch.

The unusual incident was uploaded on YouTube where it garnered 1.2 millions of views, almost 6000 likes and 1,200 comments. To date, it is the funniest catch of a gamer.

The video shows how Carroll scored a goal a bashed into Arsenal’s goalie resulting to a passionate kissing on the pitch.

A user commented, “Obviously a glitch, Carroll would never score.”

Neither Carroll nor Fabianski commented on the issue yet.

This could be quite a surprise to the GTA team, and to their fans as well, but it is indeed true that FIFA 12 has taken the first place in UK charts. What makes it even more special is the fact that even if FIFA is half expecting to make it to the top 10, a lot of people are not expecting them to make it to the top of the list because this is a big achievement compared to last year’s FIFA listing.

EA is making all the right choices and decisions. In the charts of most of the countries all around the world, we are seeing sport-related games making big hits. This is an echo of how the people (gamers or not) are becoming more inclined to sports. Why? It could be for a number of factors as well. A lot of people who are into sports consider it as a way of showing their patriotism and loyalty to their country or state. EA has announced about the release of Crysis 2 Multiplayer demofor PC . After the news we heard that the Crysis 2 demo would be launched first in Xbox 360 , Crytek has announced shocking good news to PC gamers. The another good news is the game will also feature support for DirectX 11.

A multiplayer demo for the game was released for Xbox 360 earlier this week. “At this time, Crytek & EA are glad to confirm that we’ll be releasing a pre-launch Crysis 2 multiplayer demo on PC! Stay tuned for details.”,according to the Official Tweet by Crysis 2 developers . Although there is no mentioned date for release but the retail copy releases by March 22 for the PS3 ,PC and Xbox 360.

Crysis 2 is Crytek’s first console game and have called the best game on any next generation system. The FPS is also a showcase for CryEngine 3, which the developers believes to establish as the dominant game engine for PC and the next generation hardwares.

Back in May, Epic’s Mike Capps said he was surprised about consumers view seriously on Crytek as a cross-platform engine company given it had yet to release a console game.

Ok, we’ve all had a few days now to digest the brilliant footballing game, fifa 11. I am here now to give a little write up about our much loved football game and maybe provide a few tips for those fifa 10 players who are struggling to get on with this game.

I am very much a fifa 10 player and was very decent at the game, now with fifa 11 i like every single improvement. Especially the “on the ball” strength shown by all players subject to their true strength. This is something fifa has yearned for since fifa 08 where all players seemed to be the same strength and speed. The only thing I would say about it, is the inability to “use strength” if you really want to, its all controlled by the AI on fifa 11.

Other attributes I’m liking is the constant work on the goalkeepers, there has been a few mistakes in the games ive played but i mean there few and far between.

Things that either need improvement, or some real skill if they don’t act upon it. When defending, players don’t really seem to track off the ball as much as they really should. This is where I will bring in some of my fifa 11 defending tips, When on the back foot ive found only one method to help track players on the move.

If you choose to follow the “dangerous players” with the manual switch, you can running jockey them to block either the path of the ball or stand up on the attacker. You then need to use 2nd player press to chase down the guy with the ball, you have to be very careful here however, as the dangerous players change with every pass of the ball on fifa 11.

The fifa 2010 world cup game is in full swing now and people everywhere are being disappointed every time they start a game. Are you one of these?

First of all, I was full on anticipation of this game bearing in mind that every world cup game in the past has been rather awfull. The start up scene wasn’t bad and selecting my team again wasn’t bad, but once the game started I nearly choked and was half tempted to stop right there and get my money back.

I played the fifa 2010 world cup game anyway, and kicked off the game. The gameplay has been rather slowed down for some reason in fifa 2010 world cup and this makes the game so awful its unreal. Every maneuver is so slow I start to think before hand, will I get out of it in time to move the ball again. Shooting hasn’t improved either, infact its rather a backwards step as finishing is not only difficult you find that the difference between good and bad goal keepers is far too noticable in one on one situations.

Fifa did say that the 2010 world cup game, would have a totally different way in taking penalties and they are not wrong infact its probably the only thing I like about the game. I find it more satisfying scoring a penalty with a number of aspects than just point and power. This in turn makes the goalkeeper feel a touch safer as all he will ever do is choose and dive.

My overall view of the 2010 fifa world cup game, is that its aboslute rubbish and not worth any of the money involved. I stand by what I think, fifa 2010 world cup game would of been a million times better if it was a download content back in Fifa 10, standing in block buster alot of people traded in Fifa 10 in order to buy it. I feel sorry for every single one of them!!!!

Have EA lost the plot with there servers? Ever since they announced they will be closing servers to stop people playing online on the older games, hopefully to push them to newer titles, there has been nothing but trouble with almost ever EA game.

Earlier this week, I and many others have experienced problems on games such as Tiger Woods 2010 Golf Game, and Fifa 10. The main problem is that when trying to play a tiger woods game online they find that the EA servers are not currently available at this time?!?!?! Whats that all about? This reduces people to play tiger woods 10 offline or just not playing tiger woods 10 at all.

Is this just bad marketing on one game? At first I thought it was, however I took my copy of Tiger Woods 10 out, and put on Fifa 10, thinking I could smash a few goals in with my Fifa 10 Ultimate Team.

This didnt go so well, with getting the same error message on Fifa 10 as I do on Tiger Woods 10. I normally lose my rag when I lose on Fifa 10, this time i nearly lost my rag with not being able to play it. I thought though, that it might just be the online section and I could still rack up some Fifa 10 ultimate team points. How wrong was I when I discovered, in order to play Ultimate team, I have to be connected to the EA Servers.

How rubbish is that, I pay for and download a game add on, but can’t play it if I dont have an internet connection. I think this is showing that EA are having some major technical problems in their server rooms. Maybe there trying to hard to compete in single player campaign games and neglecting the upkeep of all there servers. Either way, this will stand them in an awful stead when people have issues on Battlefield Bad Company 2.

Its that time of history again, football fans all over the world are looking forward to the World Cup. This time the world cup is in South Africa and we are sure to have some really good games and a fantastic 3 weeks in the world cup of 2010.

What I’m more interested in however, is the game that EA Sports will release shortly, Fifa 2010 World Cup South Africa. Are you looking forward to the release of the world cup game? I’m not sure what we can expect, will the game be very similar to fifa? Or do we expect something very different like EA normally do? Personally, I want a brand new game although previously I did hope for more of a Fifa 2010 World Cup expansion pack for Fifa 10.

Why do I want a brand new game? Well lets be honest, although EA have done everything better than usual for Fifa 10, there are still a number of things about the game that are in need of improvement. For one, defensive movement of players, although increased, I would like to see a situation where I change man and he doesnt continue to run for a second before I drag him elsewhere to follow another player.
