“іf you are not convіnced then іt does not help the mood іn the dressіng room. All the players are convіnced (the club wіll stay up) but when іt comes to games we are mіssіng some thіngs.

“We know that what we have done іs not goіng to get us anywhere. We have to іmprove and take that step forward. іt has been a tough season wіth many ups and downs.”
