Ecuador play host to Argentine in what will be the last chance for the Argentines in this game.

Messi and Co. are expected to win this game at all cost and it will be interesting to see how the already eliminated Ecuador approaches the game also.

The Ecuadorians win over their visitors in the reverse of this fixtures in 2015 remains their biggest achievement in this qualifying series – they will be hoping to complete the double over the Lionel Messi led side in this game.

They are out of contention for a place in Russia and will be playing this game just for pride as well as the bragging rights as the team that stopped Argentina from qualifying for their first World Cup since 1970.
