Valencia vs Barcelona Preview

Valencia vs Barcelona

Competition – Spanish Primera

Stadium – Estadio Mestalla

Date: 26th November 2017

Kick-off time – 19:45 GMT

This could easily pass as the biggest test each of these sides would face this season but Valencia have been the most impressive of the two sides.

Los Che come into this game off the back of some convincing wins at the Mestalla.

They have scored 15 goals there this season including some outstanding results like 5-0 vs Malaga, 4-0 vs. Sevilla, and Leganes 3-0.

Barcelona will be their toughest opponents so far, but they will be up for a fight here judging by their impressive form this season.

Barcelona currently top the La Liga table, just four points ahead of Valencia as they look to reclaim the league title from Real Madrid.

Their four games winning streak was ended by Olympiacos in Europe but they managed to put together a two-games winning run which was ended by Juventus in the Champions League in midweek.

They have a minor injury crisis with Lionel Messi only able to play from the bench in their most recent game against Juventus.

They may have work to do to get a win here; as it is obvious Valencia are capable of getting at least a point based on their recent form.

Barcelona won both games last season against Valencia in the league.
