Chelsea did not get the best of starts under Maurizio Sarri after the Italian replaced Antonio Conte this summer.

They scored just three goals in his first four games and were completely outclassed by Manchester City in the Community Shield.

However, on the Premier League’s opening weekend they gave the clearest indication that they are finally ready to play ‘Sarri-ball’.

The Blues ran out 3-0 winners over Huddersfield at the difficult John Smith Stadium, thanks to goals from N’Golo Kante, Jorginho and Pedro.

Playing Arsenal will be a tougher game, but with Eden Hazard expected to make his first start of the season, they can still get maximum points in front of their fans with a good performance.

Arsenal made a better start under Unai Emery in pre-season beating a reserve side PSG 5-1.

However, when the competitive fixtures started last weekend, they showed just how much work Unai Emery has on his hands in transforming the team.

The Gunners were outran, outclassed and out-thought by Manchester City who ran out 2-0 winners at the Emirates with goals from Raheem Sterling and Bernardo Silva.
