PSG and Napoli come face to face in arguably the biggest match in the Champions League this week.

The Italians shared the points in a 2-2 draw in Paris two weeks ago – that result has left PSG underachieving and on the verge of getting eliminated from this season’s Champions League.

Napoli are shaping up to be one of the best attacking sides in Europe at the moment.

Carlo Ancelotti is enjoying the fruits of switching to a 4-4-2 system so that he can play both Dries Mertens and Lorenzo Insigne and their partnership is blossoming which could take them to the next round of the Champions League.

Napoli know that two more wins would take them to the round of 16 and with a visit to Liverpool still on the cards, they will be looking to get all three points in this game.

PSG are set to end this season as underachievers in Europe again unless they can get a good result from this game.

They have been setting all kinds of records in Ligue 1 this season with 12 consecutive wins in the league so far, but their 3-2 loss to Liverpool and 2-2 draw with Napoli has left them with the possibility of being eliminated from the Champions League group stage.

Napoli beat Liverpool 1-0 at home this season, and that was one of 6 times they have won a home game in 7 attempts this season.

AS Roma are the only team to survive being beaten and even they know how tough that night was so PSG should expect a tough night in a very hard stadium to play in.
