Juventus vs Valencia

Competition – Champions League

Stadium – Allianz Stadium

Date: 27th November 2018

Kick-off time – 20:00 GMT

Juventus would have been left very disappointed by their 2-1 loss to Manchester United in their last Champions League game.

The Old Ladies led the game until the dying minutes before capitulating and losing 2-1.

They now look to atone for that loss by securing a home win that would place them in position to qualify as group leaders.

Prior to that defeat, the Old Ladies had a 100% record in the Champions League and had dropped points on only one occasion in all competitions.

They have since gone on to secure two consecutive wins with two clean sheets and they will be looking to improve on that run here.

Valencia need to win this game to be in with a chance of getting into the knockout stages of the tournament.

However, anything short of victory would keep them third and on their way to the Europa League after their last group game against Manchester United.

Cristiano Ronaldo was sent off in the reverse fixture and the Portuguese star will be looking to get a couple of goals to silence the Valencia fans as a form of payback in this game.

Valencia haven’t won any of their last four away Champions League games, while Juventus have won one and lost one of their two home Champions League games this season.

Bookmakers have priced Juventus up as very short favourites while goal markets suggest we could see goals as over 2.5 goals is currently trading odds-on.
