Chelsea are beginning to show signs of a decline and for the very first time this season it appears as though Maurizio Sarri doesn’t have as many quality players as it seemed in the opening weeks of the season.

The Blues started their campaign unbeaten and many considered them genuine title challengers, however, they have now lost two of their last three Premier League games and they welcome Manchester City next.

The Blues took the lead yet ended up losing at a Wolves side who had previously gone two months without a win.

There is also the small problem of Sarri demanding that N’Golo Kante play further forward to make room for Jorginho to dictate play.

A first start and goal for Ruben Loftus-Cheek was great to see however Eden Hazard seems to have lost his scoring boots and that is a major problem as Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud continue to struggle in front of goal.

Manchester City were made to work very hard against Watford in midweek, but Pep Guardiola’s men still ended the day as winners to remain top of the Premier League table.

The Cityzens must be sick of the sight of Liverpool at the moment as the Reds keep winning to stay in touch with them at the top of the league table.

Pep Guardiola’s men have won 13 of 15 games this season and they remain unbeaten in the Premier League.

Any slip up on their part would be costly and could allow Liverpool close the gap on them, so they will be going out for all three points in this game.

Bookmakers have priced Manchester City up as slight odds-on favourites to come out on top at Stamford Bridge which shows how much respect oddsmakers and punters have for them.

Goal markets suggest this game will be lively as over 2.5 goals is currently trading odds-on while Fernando Gabriel Jesus is clear favourite to score the first goal followed by Eden Hazard and Raheem Sterling.
