Liverpool vs Wolverhampton Wanderers Preview

Liverpool will be looking to do their part in what should be the most interesting end to a season since the 2011/2012 season.

Liverpool have made themselves one of the teams to fear this season.  They overcame a 3-0 first leg loss in the Champions League to beat Barcelona 4-0 at Anfield in midweek.

That stadium has some special powers and their players will be hoping their fans can bring enough noise to spur them to victory over this very impressive Wolves side.

Wolves have nothing to play for in this game as they have already secured the 7^th position in the league table and they will be hoping that Manchester City win the FA Cup so that they can play in the Europa League next season.

They come here with a fine record against the top sides and a run of form that could affect the title race.

Wolves have won three and drew one of their last 4 league games.  They conceded 2 goals and kept two clean sheet in those games as well.

Bookmakers have priced Liverpool up as extremely short priced favourites to come out on top in this game.  Manchester City have been priced up as if defeat is out of the question against Brighton so Liverpool need a miracle according to oddsmakers.

Mohamed Salah should return for Liverpool and he is currently favourite with bookmakers to score the opening goal of the game.
