Brazil vs Bolivia

Competition – Copa America

Stadium – Estadio Cicero Pompeu de Toledo (Morumbi)

Date: 14th June 2019

Kick-off time – 01:30 GMT (15th June)

Brazil will open their Copa America with this game against Bolivia and their fans will be hoping they can make a statement here as to their readiness to win this competition on home soil.

The South Americans come here after thrashing Honduras 7-0 in their last warm up game and a similar score line in this game would put them in a very good position, but the Bolivians will not want to make it that easy for them.

Brazil has won 9 of their last 10 games ahead of this match and only a 1-1 draw against Panama has stopped them from having a perfect record.  They have found a way to score goals from half chances and that should be very valuable to them in this competition.

Bolivia haven’t been as consistent as their opponents and come here after losing their last two games against France and Japan.

They haven’t been good in front of goal recently as they failed to score in their last two games. They do make it difficult to score when they play at home, but that won’t count here.

Even without Neymar in their lineup, Brazil should have enough fire power to get all three points in this game and oddsmakers believe they will do it convincingly.

Bookmakers have priced Brazil up as extremely short-priced favourites to come out on top in this game while Bolivia have a mountain to climb.

Goal markets point to a high-scoring game as over 2.5 goals is currently trading odds-on while de Andrade Richarlison and Fernando Gabriel Jesus are joint favourites to score the opening goal of the game.
