Sevilla host high-flying Real Sociedad hoping to get back to winning ways in this game while the visitors would be looking to continue their fine start to the season.
Sevilla made a solid start to their season under former Real Madrid manager Julen Lopetegui but their momentum has been halted after they suffered consecutive losses last week.
The home side were beaten 1-0 by Real Madrid last weekend and lost from a winning position against Eibar in midweek. The latter game was an uncharacteristic collapse as they had been 2-0 up at half time but the host rallied and defeated them 3-2.
This game offers that side a chance to get back to winning ways and perhaps get their title aspirations back on track as well.
Real Sociedad come into this game second in the league table. They have been in inspiring form this term and their fans would be praying that this lasts for the entirety of the season.
The visitors were 3-0 victors in their last league game against Alaves. That win was the 3rd time in as many league games that they have recorded a win and their victims have included Atletico Madrid so they should attack this game with relative confidence.
