Atletico Madrid have been in fine form at home and they will be looking to maintain their 18 games unbeaten run at home.
The Blaugranas head into this game with more reason to win after Real Madrid won their game but they haven’t won on either of their last two visits to Atletico.
Atletico come into this game after they were beaten 1-0 by Juventus in the Champions League.
In fairness, they gave a good account of themselves in that game and it needed a moment of magic from Paulo Dybala to beat them.
Atletico have won their last three home games but four of their last five home games have ended in under 2.5 goals scored.
Barcelona have lost just one of their last five away games in all competitions and the other four games have ended in wins for them.
A win for Atletico would take them level on points with Barcelona although the visitors still have a game in hand on them.
