Liverpool face this tough trip to Molineux as they face a resilient Wolves side that has beaten Manchester City twice this season but the Reds come here fresh off a 2-0 win over Manchester United and they would be keen to keep their winning run going.
Wolves came from 2-0 goals down to beat Southampton 2-3 in their last league game. That was a similar show of character that they displayed against Manchester City earlier in the season and it might just help them against this Liverpool side that has been struggling in the second half of games recently.
Liverpool has won all but one of their 22 league games this season and they have beaten every team in the division this season except West Ham whom they are yet to play.
The Reds are on a run of 13 straight league wins and it seems that it is only a matter of when and not if Liverpool will be crowned Premier League champions.
Wolves ended last season in a Europa League place and they are looking to go one step further and secure Champions League football next season.
They are currently 6th in the league table, level on points with Manchester United who are 5th in the league table.
Liverpool has a solid head-to-head record in this fixture – the Reds won both fixtures last season and they have won their last three league meetings againsts Nuno Santo’s side.
