Bayer Leverkusen host title hopefuls Borussia Dortmund in this league game hoping to recover from their 2-1 loss at Hoffenheim last time out.

Borussia Dortmund would be keen to avoid successive losses when they visit Leverkusen for this game and it promises to be an exciting match from two high scoring teams.

Leverkusen resumed their league duties in fine form with two wins from their first two games however, they were beaten by Hoffenheim in their last league game and they would consider that a minor setback in their bid to finish inside the top four.

Borussia Dortmund has won all of their league games since the Bundesliga resumed and even more impressive is the fact that they have scored five goals in each of those games.

The visitors’ form has been helped by the January signing of Erling Haaland and they will be banking on him to score a few more goals in this game as well.

Dortmund is still very much in the mix for the title as they are separated from the top by just three points and they know they have to win this game to keep pace with the top two.

Leverkusen is 8 points off the top but they are just five points behind the top three and they would want to upset Dortmund and boost their European hopes with a win here.
