Bayer Leverkusen visit SC Freiburg hoping to get a win and get back to form after their shocking loss at home to Wolfsburg last time out.
Peter Bosz’ side still remain one of the strongest in the league this season and their fans will be expecting them to get back to winning ways in this game.
Freiburg have been one of the struggling sides after the restart as they haven’t won any of their two games back.
They managed to get a point in their 3-3 draw against Eintracht Frankfurt last time out and that result means that they have won just one of their last five league games.
Leverkusen’s loss at the weekend was a major setback but they are still within two points of the top three and they will be looking to get back to winning ways here.
Freiburg also have European ambitions and they head into this game 8th in the league table after collecting 38 points from 28 league games.
The hosts are four points off the last European place and they will be fighting for a win in this game, however, they haven’t won any of their last five meetings with Leverkusen.
