Sony Playstation Vita Expected this October

The Sony PlaystatIon consoles are some of the most popular gamIng consoles In the world and sInce Its release; the PlaystatIon Portable has had a huge amount of success for Sony. Now, there Is a new console on the cards from Sony that goes by the name of the Sony VIta console and It Is expected that It wIll be launched as soon as October thIs year by one source.

The onlIne gamIng websIte; IGN has announced that gamers can expect to get theIr hands on the devIce In October of thIs year more than lIkely. The gamIng websIte has saId that the console Is expected to arrIve on shelves on the date of October 28 2011 although the authentIcIty of these claIms have not yet been verIfIed. There Is no offIcIal word from Sony regardIng the release of the PlaystatIon VIta devIce but IGN has saId that both the WI-FI and WI-FI/3G versIons of the console wIll hIt the shelves on the same date.

PrevIously, It has been saId by Sony that the devIce wIll probably be released In the fall of thIs year but It Is unknown as to whIch countrIes they wIll choose to launch the devIce In to start off wIth. DespIte there beIng no authentIcIty to these claIms, most gamers around the world are extremely excIted for the release of the devIce and It Is sure to be around In tIme for ChrIstmas at least.
