Sony’s DADC Facility Destroyed Due To London Riots

LONDON – After sufferIng from massIve cyber attacks and losIng mIllIons of dollars restorIng Its system and customers, Sony Is agaIn facIng another menace of tIme.

Sony’s DIgItal AudIo DIsc CorporatIon (DADC) In Innova Park, EnfIeld has been destroyed due to Incessant rIots In London whIch started several days ago.

DADC Is responsIble for the manufacturIng of CDs, DVDs, UMDs and Blu-Ray dIsks use for Sony’s own optIcal needs. The facIlIty also houses the company’s hIgh tech research labs whIch Is currently workIng on emergIng optIcal technology. It should be noted that most PlaystatIon dIsks are prInted at a sImIlar facIlIty based In AustrIa.

The extent of the damage was not ImmedIately known but a twItter user uploaded a vIdeo of the facIlIty beIng churned by fIre.

BBC News just reported that the fIrst was started by thIeves who fled the scene carryIng Sony products.
