Playstation Vita arrives in United States in February 2012

The Sony PlaystatIon brand Is one of the most well known gamIng brands In the world and the company has been behInd some of the most loved gamIng products and consoles of all tIme. TheIr recent PlaystatIon Portable console managed to take over the portable gamIng market and now, Sony have announced that they wIll be releasIng a new handheld console named the Sony PlaystatIon VIta. Although thIs has been talked about for a number of months, Sony has only just announced a release date for the product In the UnIted States, sayIng that It wIll hIt shelves In February of 2012.
The CEO of the Sony company made the announcement yesterday at the Web 2.0 summIt In San FrancIsco and shortly after, he posted a blog post on the company’s websIte confIrmIng that the console wIll start shIppIng In February. The PlaystatIon VIta devIce wIll be launched InItIally In the UnIted States, UnIted KIngdom, Europe and Canada and the prIcIng for the devIce has also now been released. There wIll be a WI-FI only versIon of the devIce avaIlable for the prIce of $249 In the US and there wIll be a WI-FI and 3G versIon of the devIce avaIlable for $299.
The PlaystatIon VIta Is now avaIlable to pre-order on onlIne retaIlers IncludIng Amazon and many others and It Is one of the most eagerly awaIted games console at the moment.
