Deutsche Bank Championship Betting Odds, Tee Times & Tips: PGA Tour

The 2013 Deutsche Bank Championship begins this Friday (30th Aug) at the TPC Boston golf course in Massachusetts with over 100 of the worlds best players competing for their name on one of the most sought after trophies in professional golf.

The winner will receive $1.4 million out of a total purse of $8 million.

Rory Mcilroy is the defending champion after winning by 1 shot last year over Louis Oosthuizen with Tiger Woods 1 shot behind in 3rd.

Tiger Woods is currently favourite with bookmakers despite struggling in The Barclays with an injured back.

There are two standout groups for Friday/Saturday- Tiger Woods, Adam Scott and Phil Mickelson tee off together as do Matt Kuchar, Justin Rose and Brandt Snedeker.

Masters Champion Adam Scott won The Barclays last week and is currently 10/1 second favourite.

Open Championship winner Phil Mickelson is 14/1.

US Open Champion Justin Rose is 18/1.

Jason Dufner won the PGA Championship and he is currently trading at odds of 33/1.

Rory Mcilroy won this event last year and is 14/1.

Lee Westwood has played consistently well this season and is seemingly overpriced at odds of (40/1)

Henrik Stenson has been the most consistent player on tour this year and is sure to be there or thereabouts come Monday (25/1)
