Gamingtips Prediction – Malaga 2:0 Almeria

Malaga finished 6th in the Spanish Primera last season scoring 53 goals in 38 matches and conceding 50.

Almeria were promoted from the Spanish Segunda division where they scored 72 goals in 42 games and conceded 50.

Although Almeria have yet to win in the Spanish Primera, they have faired well thus far scoring 2 goals per game on average however they come up against one of the best defensive sides in Spain (Malaga 5th best defensive record last season) and a team who made it to the quarter-finals of the Champions League last season.

Malaga’s form does look shaky on paper but they have already played Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla and Real Sociedad in their opening games.

Ultimately Malaga should have more than enough quality to overcome Almeria and odds of 4/6 is very reasonable against a side who have yet to win in the Spanish Primera and are still finding their way after being promoted from the Segunda division last season.

This match gets underway at 21:00 GMT+1
