Chelsea vs Watford Preview

Chelsea will continue their quest for a place inside the Premier League top four when they welcome Watford to Stamford Bridge here.

The Blues come here after a 1-1 draw against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League.  They are one of the favorites to win that competition this season which could help them qualify for the Champions League automatically.

Chelsea have done well when the play at home but they face a Watford side that has been fearless when they play away from home even against top opponents.

The Hornets are looking to end the season in a European place as well and are also in the FA Cup final.  It may be easier to reach the Europa League by finishing inside the top seven than winning the FA Cup and they are currently 4 points adrift of that position as things stands.

Chelsea have a two points gap on 4^th position and are just 2 points behind Spurs who are 3^rd.

They may even believe that they can even finish inside the top 3 should Tottenham lose to Bournemouth this weekend.

Bookmakers have priced Chelsea up as strong odds-on favourites to come out on top in this game while Watford will start the game as outsiders.

Goal markets point to a lively game as over 2.5 goals is currently trading odds-on while Eden Hazard is favourite to open the scoring.
