Arsenal vs Crystal Palace

Competition – Barclays Premier League

Stadium – Emirates Stadium

Date: 21st April 2019

Kick-off time – 16:00 GMT

Arsenal will continue their bid to finish inside the Premier League top four when they welcome Crystal Palace to the Emirates for this game.

The Gunners have been in fine form recently and their fans should be very optimistic that they can end the season as one of the Premier League’s top four sides.

They beat Napoli 1-0 in Naples on Thursday to reach the semifinal of the Europa League after a 3-0 victory on aggregate.  That win was their third win on the spin and their 6th win in their last 7 games.

The Gunners seem to have made their home a fortress and they can almost certainly be guaranteed another home win in this game as they have won their last 8 home games in all competitions.

They come into this game 4th in the league table with 66 points, just a point behind Tottenham who visit Manchester City this weekend as well.

Crystal Palace have developed a reputation of being giant killers for some seasons now and they will be looking to perform another giant-killing act when they visit the Emirates for this game.

They were beaten by Manchester City 3-1 at home last weekend however they have done better when they have played away from home this season.

Palace beat Newcastle in their last away game and that was their 3rd win from their last 4 away league games.

Bookies have priced Arsenal up as strong odds-on favourites to come out on top in this game while goal markets expect a goal-fest as over 2.5 goal is currently trading strongly odds-on.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is favourite to score the opening goal of the game followed by Alexandre Lacazette, Eddie Nketiah and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
