Internazionale vs Juventus Preview

Juventus will be playing for pride when they take on Inter Milan in this game but the Milan giants still have the big issue of qualifying for the Champions League next season to contend with.

Juve wrapped up the Serie A title when they beat Fiorentina 2-1 last weekend. nIn truth, the Old Ladies haven’t been in fine form recently, but they have managed to put the wins together and come into this game having no reason to win here and Inter would be keen to take advantage.

Inter are currently 3^rd in the league table and are looking to qualify for the Champions League for the second consecutive season.

They currently have 5 points more than their local rivals Milan with 5 games left to play.

The six points gap between them and second placed Napoli is also not so big but their fans would be content with finishing 3^rd.

Inter Milan drew their last game 1-1 against fellow top four rivals AS Roma.  They are now unbeaten in their last 4 league games and come here having won 3 of their last 6 games in all competitions.

If they keep their momentum they could get the win against this Juve side that will be a lot more relaxed now.

Bookmakers have priced Inter Milan up as slight favourites to come out on top given what is at stake for both sides.

Goal markets point to a tight affair as under 2.5 goals is currently trading odds-on while Cristiano Ronaldo and Mauro Icardi head the first goalscorer market.
