VfL Wolfsburg vs TSG Hoffenheim Preview

Wolfsburg will be looking to build on an impressive run of form that has seen them not lose any of their last six games in all competitions.  After consecutive draws in the Bundesliga, they secured a 3-1 win over Oleksandria in Europe in midweek and they will be looking to build on that here.

The Wolves currently have 8 points and they would be joint second position if they earn another home win in this game.  They have struggled not to concede goals regularly, but their attack looks well primed to outscore their opponents this season so we could be in for another thrilling game here.

Hoffenheim are struggling this season as a combination of injuries and lack of goals threatens to push them into a relegation fight.

They were brave enough to hold Bayern Leverkusen to a goalless draw two matchdays ago, but they were hammered 3-0 at home by Freiburg last time out so they will be eager to respond in this game.

The visitors earned an impressive 3-2 win against Werder Bremen earlier in the season but it would still be asking a lot of them to upset the Volkswagen Arena crowd in this game.
