Brazil vs Argentina Preview

Brazil vs Argentina

Competition – International Friendly

Stadium – King Saud University Stadium

Date: 15th November 2019

Kick-off time – 17:00 GMT

Brazil have been in poor form since they won the Copa America and they come into this game against their archrivals hoping to get a much needed win that should restore some confidence in their fans.

Brazil’s major problem has been at the back as they have succeeded in scoring goals in their recent games against Nigeria, Senegal, and Colombia.   However, their loss against Peru wasn’t good and they will look to continue their fine run of form against Argentina here.

Despite no trophies being involved in this game, the return of Lionel Messi is a major danger for Brazil and Tite will be looking to drill his boys and make sure they get the win in front of fans inside the King Saud University Stadium.

Brazil have won six of their last eight games against Argentina and have suffered one defeat in that time so they should be confident ahead of this game.

Argentina have had a better run of form in their most recent games and the return of Lionel Messi and Sergio Aguero is sure to help them even more in this game.

Since they were eliminated from the Copa America, Argentina have not lost a game in the five matches they have played.  They have been scoring lots of goals but need to play even better to get a result in this game.

This match gets underway at 17:00 BST.
