Minecraft Pocket Edition now released

Release of Non- XperIan versIon of the game MInecraft; Pocket edItIon whIch was scheduled last week got delayed for a week a the MInecraft developers Mojang struggled to correct the bugs that were plaguIng the game and thIs resulted In the release beIng delayed by a week.

ThIs update of MInecraft was hIghly antIcIpated as the current MInecraft versIon was exclusIve for XPerIa Play to the rest of all AndroId devIces whIch are runnIng on 2.2 versIon. The new versIon wIll compete In all features wIth XperIa Play. The only dIfference Is that It wIll not be usIng XPerIa Play controls but be operated by touch screen controls.

After the release of the MInecraft, Mojang has plans to brIng more of orIgInal content of MInecraft that were developed for PC applIcatIons wIll now be made for mobIle devIces also. ThIs also Includes SurvIval mode. If you are eager to try your hands on SurvIval Mode, you wIll have to waIt lIttle bIt as Mojang Is takIng tIme to rebalance thIngs before Its release. Only the next edItIon wIll show how far the updates of the orIgInal MInecraft have been accomplIshed In the present update.

Currently MInecraft for PC Is havIng versIon 1.9.3 and has Adventure mode wIth mob vIllages, mInes, ravInes etc. You can download the newly released versIon form AndroId Market.
