Chelsea will be looking to get back to winning ways when they travel to newly promoted Huddersfield town for their first ever top flight meeting.
The Blues tried but couldn’t rescue a single point in their last game against West Ham after Marko Arnautovic scored an early goal for the Hammers.
That was their first loss in seven games – a run that included 6 wins and a draw.
They remain third in the league table, just three points behind Manchester United and two ahead of Liverpool who are in fourth position.
Meanwhile Huddersfield did put an end to their own losing streak when they defeated fellow promoted team Brighton 2-0 at the weekend.
They are currently 11th in the league table and that last win helped them gain a five point advantage over those in the relegation zone.
This position should help them play without fear of a relegation place in front of them.
Huddersfield have been quite good at home all season and their surprise home win over Manchester United should give them confidence ahead of the visit of the Champions.
