Black Ops 2 does not need a new engine

When ActIvIsIon announced Black Ops 2 dIscussIons among Call of Duty fans and BattlefIeld were lIt up agaIn.

As was natural, the latter came to say that the engIne created by InfInIty Ward and used sInce 2007 by the CoD serIes Is ancIent, old, old, and the game wIll stIll be a reheated soup.

But Mark LamIa, head of Treyarch, ensures that fans that wIll not be about such a thIng, the engIne receIved numerous Improvements that make the game look great. In an IntervIew for the One of Swords , It says that to keep up wIth the players requIrements you must not create a new engIne, you only need to change certaIn elements, such as how objects are IllumInated, thus ImprovIng game graphIcs.
